Wrapper Subscription Summary: General Terms
Full subscription terms and conditions will be provided and must be agreed in writing when the order is placed. The following summary is subject to those full terms.
Subscriptions are personal to the subscribing organization, non-transferable and may not be shared with unauthorized users. Access and use remain subject to the applicable subscription plan, license limits and acceptable-use requirements.
No refunds will be provided once a subscription has started and access to qmsWrapper has been activated, except where required by law or expressly provided in the full terms. A refund may be considered only where the subscription has not yet started and no access has been provided.
This policy reflects the substantial value made available immediately upon activation. qmsWrapper gives subscribers access to QMS content, tools, templates and implementation resources that can be reviewed and applied immediately, at any time and from any location, including alongside another QMS product.
