The Quality Objectives should be concrete, measurable and realizable
It is a common mistake that the Quality Objectives are not unequivocally defined or too general or not achievable… In QMS it’s better to set accomplishable and manageable quality objectives and exceed the expectations, than to set unreachable objectives and fail to attain the calculation.
