Training success means using the right training
Every job needs different skills, specifications and professional experience. When hiring new people for specific job openings, usually we compare the requirements with their skills and qualifications. Some of these parameters will match, however, sometimes additional trainings are required to bridge the gap between the requirements/skills that are necessary to do the job properly, and the holes in the candidate’s work experience.
The training should be personalized to the new employees’ qualifications, skills and current professional experience in an effective QMS system.
